About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Theatre Set Up Assistants to join our team of professionals to provide assistance to our clinical teams within the busy operating theatre on a part time basis working 3-4 day shifts a week across a 5-day roster.

Your duties will include
* Completion of surgical/instrument set ups for theatre lists
* Cleaning and inventory duties
* Liaising with team to keep across add on or modification cases
* Ensure consumable stock is rotated and date checked
* Assist clinical team to locate instruments at short notice
* Rotation of stock
* Monitoring/recording temperatures
* An understanding of medical terminology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Energetic and motivated
* Able to handle a buy workload
