Working in the final assembly (pre-fit) stage, you'll ensure products are finished to a high standard before installation or dispatch.
Key responsibilities
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Assemble and pre-fit timber doors, windows and joinery
* Fit hardware including locks, hinges and seals
* Prepare products for glazing and dispatch
* Identify and rectify minor issues before final checks
* Maintain quality while meeting production deadlines
Skills & experience
* Experience working with timber products in a workshop environment
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly regarded:
* Experience with glazing or glass installation
* Experience in custom or architectural joinery
