Accounts Payable Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable activities, handling cash management and bank reconciliations, conducting debtor management, and assisting internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
You will also have the opportunity to improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and payable activities
2. Handle cash management and bank reconciliations
3. Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting
4. Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting
5. Improve financial systems and assist less experienced staff
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
