Role responsibilities Facilitating the identification of digital system-related business needs and processes, monitoring and collating data, identifying competing demands, organisational changes, and new responsibilities. Evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and designs in conjunction with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Providing project-level analysis and producing required analysis documentation. Designing and delivering workshops, communication, and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing. Working with stakeholders to capture business needs and translating requirements into User stories in a simple format understandable by all stakeholders. Documenting Business Analyst artefacts including Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, and process maps of current versus future states. Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives, and escalating as appropriate. Using and working with software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft, and SAP.
