About the role
* Manage MAC (motor accident injury) claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with regulatory and AAL requirements.
* Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return‐to‐work and return‐to‐health outcomes for claimants.
* Make key liability decisions.
* Build effective working relationships with legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.

* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to interpret legislation.
