What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, ideally in residential sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with clients and the community.
* A goal-driven mindset and a heartfelt passion for delivering exceptional service that prioritises clients.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
* A collaborative team player who works together with colleagues to ensure the best interests of clients are at heart.
* A valid real estate licence, maintained and current at the time of application.
* A desire to be actively involved in the community and engage with local initiatives.
