With recent growth in their business, they are seeking a full-time qualified Finance Manager 2IC to join their professional team. The Position… The Finance Manager 2IC will support the Finance Manager in all day-to-day tasks while learning the processes and demonstrating a strong desire to lead the finance team in the future. You will show financial leadership, show initiative, innovation and bring a business savvy approach to the financial operations of the organisation. The position is responsible for supporting the overall finance functions of the organisation, including: Performing daily reconciliations Financial management & reporting Providing audit support Annual sales budgeting & forecasting Completing BAS reconciliations & all other required related tax obligations Management of debtors & insurance renewals Inventory management & cost control Management of the GBS (Growth by Sharing Bonus) program Arranging debt/equity financing Providing strategic and operational support Management of payroll & staff costs Management of the capital budgeting process (including constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis) Compliance and governance management – ensuring all financial legal obligations are met by the company You will also support the executive management team by offering insights and financial analysis which will allow them to make both timely and best business decisions for the company.
