Main Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect customer requirements using various tools and techniques, evaluate, reconcile, and clarify conflicting requirements.
* Technical Solution Design: Translate requirements into technical/functional specifications, design and implement insurance products and claims data models.
* User Interface Development: Build user interfaces and journeys for insurance products.
* Business Rule Implementation: Implement business rules and financial calculations using scripting languages.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Prepare testing documentation and perform system/integration testing, support customer testing.

* Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Proficient in collecting and evaluating customer requirements using various tools and techniques.
* Business Process Documentation: Skilled in translating and documenting business processes, technical specifications, and product configurations.

* Data Transformation and Mapping: Strong understanding of data conversion, transformation, and mapping requirements.
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to facilitate discussions with technical and business stakeholders of varying seniorities.
* Documentation Management: Proficient in creating and maintaining client-facing and internal documentation.
