Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rugby Coach located in Sydney, NSW. The Rugby Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing game strategies, and providing coaching during matches. Day-to-day tasks include assessing player performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in Rugby Union and Rugby
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven skills in training and sports coaching
* Capability to develop and implement game strategies
* Ability to assess player performance and provide constructive feedback
* Experience in fostering a positive and competitive team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
* Relevant coaching certifications and licenses
