The Opportunity
This newly created role offers the chance to work closely with the National Commercial Director and the National Growth Manager – Consumer (Residential) to drive growth across both commercial and residential channels.
As an Associate across Commercial and Residential, you will play a hands‑on role supporting business development, client engagement, and market expansion initiatives. This position will suit a confident relationship‑builder who thrives in a professional services environment and is eager to develop deeper expertise across commercial property, private lending, and risk insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the National Sales Director in executing commercial sales and partnership strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with property lawyers, conveyancers, lenders, private capital groups, and developers.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and structured solutions for clients and partners.
- Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and networking forums, promoting the value of title insurance and risk protection.
- Maintain visibility across both commercial and residential channels, providing flexibility and support where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, underwriting, marketing, and operations) to ensure cohesive delivery of client solutions.
- Contribute to pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales insights to support national growth objectives.
About You
- 4‑6 years’ experience in business development, property, lending, or financial services.
- Exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, or risk/insurance products advantageous.
- Commercial mindset with robust interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
- Confident communicator who can engage both professional and executive audiences.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple business lines.
- Career‑driven, with genuine interest in developing long‑term expertise in commercial property and financial services.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, law, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration
- Base salary $130,000 – $150,000 + superannuation + performance bonus
