Your other responsibilities will include:
* Develop, optimise, and deploy machine learning models that drive real business outcomes.
* Maintain model performance through retraining, tuning, and continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain clean, scalable code using Python and SQL.
* Design and manage ETL pipelines, transforming raw data into analytics-ready formats.
* Ensure high data quality, integrity, and reliability to support accurate insights and decision-making.
* Partner with teams across Product, Tech, Delivery, and Operations to identify use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions.
* Perform advanced analysis to surface trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
* Champion ethical and responsible AI use in a regulated environment.
* Contribute to a strong data science practice through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

* Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using tools like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, transformers, and AWS Sagemaker
* Strong understanding of data science techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, time series, and recommender systems
* Experience building ETL pipelines and managing data workflows in cloud-based environments
* Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and data-driven problem solving
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across disciplines
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
What's in it for you?
* We offer an attractive remuneration package + generous employee share schemes
* We offer flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements to balance your work and lifestyle
