You'll focus heavily on the front end of the development lifecycle - feasibility, acquisitions, planning, and design - before managing projects through to delivery and tenant handover. Key Responsibilities:
* Drive front-end project activities including feasibility, site assessment, and planning approvals.
* Prepare financial models and investment papers to support acquisitions and project funding.
* Lead consultant teams through design and development approvals.
* Oversee delivery, construction, and tenant handover to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, consultants, and authorities.

About You:
* 3+ years' experience in property development, ideally with a focus on industrial, logistics, or business park projects (commercial or large-format retail considered).
* Proven front-end development experience, including feasibility, planning, and consultant coordination.
* Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, and acquisition skills.
* Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering, or related fields.
