We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team in the Echuca branch. This role provides administrative support to Relationship Managers and handles general enquiries, policy renewals, and recent business.
Responsibilities
- Processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements (reviewing new applications and making changes to existing policies).
- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers.
- Following up clients by phone and email.
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners.
About You
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence.
- Resilience and adaptability; collaborative in a team setting; effective communication skills; able to manage high volumes of work.
- Bonus points if you’re an administrative whiz with an interest or experience in insurance.
