Here at Linear we are a not-for-profit organisation that contributes to medical research and innovative treatments by conducting first in human clinical trials at our clinical trial centres in Joondalup and Nedlands. Due to recent internal promotions, we have a couple of opportunities for Clinical Trial Administrators to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your Role in Our Future
As Clinical Trial Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the project and clinic teams to support smooth trial operations and ensure clinical trial participants have a great experience with Linear.
Working in line with strict study protocols and procedures, you will be responsible for the effective management of all trial documentation including the development of electronic health forms and maintenance of electronic (eSource) databases.
Some of your time will be spent;
* Assisting with the preparation, maintenance and archiving of trial documentation and records.
* Building and delivering eSource forms to support the development and maintenance of eSource databases.
* Proactively conduct data entry tasks and prepare source notes and site file binders for study monitoring, close-out and archiving.
* Support the ordering, maintenance, and expiration of trial products.
This role will be predominantly based at our Joondalup clinic however may include working from our Nedlands site and will be offered on a full-time basis for 12 months in the first instance.
Your Experience
Collaboration, attention to detail and a positive attitude is essential to this role. Ideally you will have experience working within a medical, health or clinical environment along with good administrative skills.
Along with this, we would also like to see;
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing demands.
* Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and data entry.
* Demonstrated experience working with standard operating procedures, protocols and regulations.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple platforms.
