About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in dog grooming with full training provided. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, combing, and breed clipping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and their dogs
* Coordinate the grooming salon and clients in conjunction with the Store Manager
* Maintain accurate records of client bookings and salon operations
* Assist store shop floor team when required
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting pet care products
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in professional dog grooming or a willingness to learn
* A strong passion for animal welfare and customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
