Leading privately owned company that supplies workshop equipment, installation, and service to the automotive industry are seeking a Scheduler and Customer Service Officer to join their growing team. This role has a variety of functions and will require you to handle customer service, scheduling, and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Prioritising, Scheduling and coordination of Technicians sub-contractors
- Processing warranty claims
- Communication with customers about service needs and convert queries to sales
- Manage client accounts, follow up quotes
- Follow up on installation and ensure payment is received
- Completing quotations, proposals, service contracts and reports
- Assist with daily transactions
- Adhoc Duties
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and phone manners
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Drivers license
- Is efficient and organized, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- A quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
- Technical aptitude
