Job Summary
As a key member of our pre-contracts team, the Proposals Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping winning bids that showcase our capabilities and secure transformative infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, compliant, and persuasive expressions of interest and tender submissions
- Collaborate with bid teams to shape win themes and messaging
- Follow bid frameworks and schedules to keep submissions on track
- Coordinate input from stakeholders across the business
- Learn from and support the Senior Proposals Coordinator in producing standout bids
- Maintain and update proposal content and knowledge libraries
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in proposals, bids, or communications, ideally in civil construction or a related industry
- Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering polished, professional work on time
- Bonus desirable competency: A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, business or similar and/or 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
