Quality Pharmacist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a quality pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Releasing all finished products, verifying that they are compounded appropriately according to product specifications and documentation.
* Maintaining adherence to quality management systems and procedures.
* Contributing to the preparation of new Quality Documents and revision/update of existing documents.
* Evaluating and rejecting or escalating all product non-conformances in a timely manner.
* Reporting and documenting incidents, deviations, and complaints in the QMS promptly.
About You:
* A qualified pharmacist with relevant tertiary education in pharmacy.
* A current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
* A team-oriented attitude, focused on delivering exceptional patient service and care.
* A high attention to detail and passion for developing clinical skills and knowledge.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* The ability to manage your workload effectively and communicate well with healthcare professionals.
