These Trackworker roles are the heart and soul of the Network and offer endless opportunities for progression. You'll need fantastic attitude and a strong commitment to safety
You must want to work in the beautiful outdoors in all weather and able to work as part of a small team. We are looking for both experienced Track workers but also welcome applications from those local to the Sarina District that hold any machine operating tickets or willingness to obtain them. However, you must be very reliable and have a sound work ethic.
About you:
* 'C' Class Driver Licence Class C Drivers Licence (Mandatory) & Heavy Vehicle Licence MR or above (advantageous)
* Excavator, Loader & Bobcat Ticket (preferred) or willingness to obtain
* Skilled labouring experience (desirable)
* Certificate in Rail Infrastructure (desirable)
To be successful in this role you need to complete a medical, reference checks and hold a C-Class QLD Manual drivers' licence.
In return we offer a permanent fulltime role working on a 9-day fortnight roster, on-call (rotating roster) with overtime available.
