The Opportunity
We're seeking an experiencedPractice Managerto take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a small, close-knit team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly - supporting doctors, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive, efficient environment that patients and practitioners value.
In this role, you'll:
Oversee daily operations and coordinate rosters for 2-3 team members
Support 3 doctors (2 full-time, 1 part-time) with scheduling and onboarding
Lead reception and patient services with warmth and professionalism
Manage clinic supplies, facilities, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and operational efficiency
Monitor clinic KPIs and assist with reporting as needed
