 
        
        Clublinks Management has been appointed to manage and operate the brand new Bundha Sports Centre in North Fitzroy. This state-of-the-art complex includes a café, gym, multiple levels of mixed-use courts, and multipurpose spaces. Described as a model for sustainable urban infrastructure, this all electric, 5-star green facility will be home to multiple sports, including basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal plus provide a place for the community to connect and pursue other health & wellness initiatives.
We will adopt a staggered approach to opening with full operations expected by January 2026.
The Asset Manager will play a pivotal role for Bundha Sports Centre and will be one of our first appointments to the team, enabling us to ensure that Bundha is a safe and well-maintained facility for all members and visitors. More about the role
The Asset Manager will help bring the newly built Bundha Sports Centre to life. This hands-on role is all about making sure the venue runs smoothly from day one, managing the assets within the building, coordinating the venues 20-year capital plan, leading maintenance and ensuring the highest level of safety for all members and guests.
Once operational traditional leadership will commence including:
- Oversee venue maintenance, repairs and capital investments
- Project manage building works and upgrades
- Lead the Duty Supervisor team
- Manage maintenance and capital works budgets
- Plan and schedule building works with minimal disruption
- Monitor equipment maintenance systems
- Coordinate reactive maintenance works
- Oversee cleaning contract and external service providers
- Support operational teams with venue setup and logistics
All about you

You possess the following:
- Experience in Building and Asset Mangement
- 2 + years minimum experience in a similar role or within a leisure centre
- Understanding of the operations of large multi-purpose leisure Centres
- Experience in leadership and direction to staff and contractors
- Exceptional people leadership skills including developing high performing teams, mentoring and coaching
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
