is seeking a dependable and reliable administration assistant to join our supportive private practice.
This role is
not
standard reception work — you will often be the first point of contact for clients who may be distressed. Professionalism, emotional maturity, initiative, and confidentiality are essential.
About the Role
Hours:
Casual, 25–30 hours per week, with the intention to move to part-time.
Flexibility:
Hours and days can be negotiated for the right person, balanced with client and business needs.
Location:
Erina.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing psychologists' diaries and coordinating appointments, liaising with external bodies.
* Answering calls and responding to client enquiries and referrers with warmth and professionalism
* Welcoming clients into the practice with sensitivity and discretion
* Managing correspondence, client follow-ups, and assessment administration
* Proofreading and preparing high-quality professional documents
* Assisting with social media content, advertising and website
* General administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Anticipating needs and taking initiative to support the team and improve processes
About You

Experience in a psychology or medical setting is desirable but not essential.
