Business Manager Finance & Insurance - New and Used Cars

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager - Finance & Insurance for a full-time role. If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and have a track record as a high-performing Business Manager in a high-volume retail dealership, we want to hear from you.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Presenting finance and insurance products to guests
* Preparation and submission of financial applications to lenders to achieve swift positive guest outcomes
* Providing a wide range of dealership experiences to build a strong portfolio
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Minimum 12 months experience within the automotive industry with a proven track record of achieving targets in a dealership
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence
* Clear Credit File and Clear Police Record to represent to financiers
* Guest-centric attitude with a focus on delivering the ultimate guest experience
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Strong attention to detail and compliance

Only candidates with previous finance and insurance experience or in a similar role within the automotive industry should apply.
