Provide full administrative support to Chief Executive Officer or delegate, including administration and coordination for Cancer Council NT's various events, fundraising campaigns and programs.
Purpose:
* Implement events, projects and fundraising programs – providing full administrative support to the events and fundraising division under the direction of the CEO or delegate.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and implement events and projects including liaison with all key stakeholders.
* Provide daily support, including liaising, and booking of all components required for the successful delivery of projects, events and program initiatives.
* Maintain and create social media marketing with regular social media posts as directed and approved by the Chief Executive Officer (or delegate).
* Create and implement marketing materials as required in line with marketing events and program initiatives utilizing graphic design IT platforms.
* Provide a friendly first contact for clients, key stakeholders, and the public.
* Provide timely response to stakeholder enquiries via phone or email.
* Attend to administrative duties including the accurate reporting and accounting for all CCNT related activity into the records management database, including providing accurate recording for income and expenditure as required.
* Maintain relevant resources material as directed including disseminating information to appropriate agencies, community groups and other key stakeholders.
* Support donor communications as directed by CEO (or delegate).
* Maintain relevant stock registers, participate in the stock-take audit of support related stock in line with CCNT requirements and yearly Financial Audit processes when required.
* Participate in nominated Cancer Council Australia Committee's when required and ensure dissemination of information.
* Maintain effective communication between Darwin office and the regional offices, assisting regional staff as required.
* Other duties as directed by the CEO (or delegate).

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with demonstrated experience in data collection, input and reporting using database applications.
* Sound stakeholder engagement and demonstrated experience in customer service and conflict resolution
Essential
* Experience working with social media platforms e.g., Facebook, Twitter etc.
* Experience working in graphic design applications e.g., Canva, In-Design etc.
* Advanced administrative experience and exceptional communication skills.
* NT Drivers License (without restrictions)
Highly Desirable
* Qualifications in graphic design and or minimum two years working in the field of marketing & branding.
* Experience in working with clients in a health care environment
* Experience in working with volunteers.

This role will provide you with challenges and accountability whilst working in a supportive and friendly environment. This position requires the setup of events including install and pack down of marquee's and displays, so physical fitness is a pre-requisite requirement.
There will be evening & weekend work and may be intrastate and interstate travel with this position.
