About The Role
We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our Production team at our new SupaSwap Sunshine Coast plant. This hands-on role is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture, filling and handling of gas products while strictly following Supagas procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run safely and smoothly, while embodying our 'Yes We Can' ethos and commitment to safety: Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate production and filling plants in line with training, procedures and safety requirements
* Load and unload trucks and assist with gas deliveries when required
* Maintain accurate records, including cylinder movements and data entry
* Maintain work areas, equipment and machinery in a clean, safe and operational condition
* Follow all Safe Work Procedures, Work Instructions and Permit to Work requirements
* Actively participate in safety processes including risk assessments, JSAs and safety reporting
* Assist with safety initiatives, emergency response activities and continuous improvement
* Assist with updating standard operating procedures and site documentation
Skills and Experiences
* Experience in a manufacturing or a production environment is highly preferred
* Forklift licence
* Ability to understand and work with mechanical systems and machinery is desirable
* Reliable, safety-minded and a genuine team player
* Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
* Strong commitment to safety and quality
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
* Willingness to take ownership and accountability
* Ability to work overtime when required.
