The Harvey Norman **Macgregor** Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Customer Service Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

**What we require**:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service
- Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
**In this role you will**:
- Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs and servicing
- Tag faulty products and liaise with our service agents & suppliers and keeping the service database up-to-date
- Assist with the department's admin duties
- Advise customers of arrival of stock and organise delivery as requested by the Proprietor
- Assist with the department's admin duties including processing credit and debit invoices, claims and reconciliations.
