We are seeking an accomplished culinary professional with a passion for innovative cuisine to lead our kitchen team.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement high-quality, creative dishes from seasonal menus
 * Maintain efficient kitchen operations and enforce strict food safety standards
 * Collaborate with senior chefs on new menu items and refine existing dishes
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the kitchen team
 * Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment
 * Assist with inventory management and supplies ordering
Qualifications
 * Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef in a high-end establishment
 * Formal culinary training or qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
 * Demonstrated expertise in preparing various cuisines and ability to work with seasonal produce
 * Strong time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 * Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
