The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Personal Trainer to join our close-knit team. The role involves delivering high-quality one-on-one and group training sessions, providing ongoing client support, and contributing to the positive culture that makes Accelerate Fitness Training unique.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training and group fitness sessions
* Build strong relationships with clients and foster a supportive, community atmosphere
* Provide education and guidance around exercise, lifestyle, and accountability
* Assist clients in setting and achieving realistic health and fitness goals
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming training environment
* Participate in community events and workshops where required
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent qualification)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* AusActive registration (or eligibility)
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve sustainable results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, motivating attitude
* Experience in group training or personal training (preferred but not essential)

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
