Become a Mentor Driver
We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as mentor drivers. As a mentor driver, you will play a critical role in supporting young people achieve their 100 logbook hours.
About the Role
The Braking the Cycle program is a learner mentor driving program that aims to provide young people with increased employment opportunities, community connection, and road safety education.
As a mentor driver, you will act as a positive adult role model and driving supervisor, helping young people complete their logbook hours and gain valuable experience behind the wheel.
Requirements
* You must hold an Open Driver's Licence for at least 12 months
* You should have a good traffic history
* You may need to apply for a Blue Card

* We will provide training on the role and supply the vehicle and insurance for conducting driving sessions

Time Commitment
* We ask for a regular commitment of more than 6 months
* The time required is flexible, but we are particularly looking for mentors available on weekday afternoons between 2:45pm and 5pm
