You will be part of the Procurement and Contract Management Branch (PCM) which provides a centre led procurement function that ensures effective governance and management is in place for Council’s sourcing, procurement, category management and commercial contract management and supplier relationship management.
**Your new role**
- As a Communication & Change Analyst/Manager:
- Developing and managing a communications and change programme to migrate procurement users from a manual process to a system based solution
- Creating a communications program leveraging internal and external channels
- Develop supporting artefacts and training material to support the change program
- Providing circular feedback to the project team of any issues or improvement opportunities
- A central point of contact for the system usability across the organisation
- Provide communications plan
- Communicate at all levers across the organisation
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have:
- Change and communications experience ideally with system implementation of technology solutions (how to do change management with a new system)
- Experience working with a procurement system, a finance system or a work flow system
- Procurement background but not essential
- More on the methodology for change and supporting for change Some project management experience to drive the change program
