About the Role: You will be responsible for the safe maintenance, fault finding, and reliability of electrical and control systems within a manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring plant uptime, compliance, and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: Industrial electrical maintenance and breakdown response Electrical isolation, testing, and commissioning Fault finding on motors, control panels, and switchboards Maintenance of VSDs and motor control circuits Working safely around control and instrumentation systems Compliance with WHS procedures and electrical legislation Clear communication with maintenance and operations teams Essential Requirements To be considered, you must have: Current NSW Electrical Licence (or transferable interstate licence) Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician) Current White Card (Construction Induction) Current CPR / LVR certification Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Current Australian driver's licence Own reliable transport Ability to pass: Police check Pre-employment medical Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing) Highly Desirable (Not Mandatory) Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial facilities Exposure to instrumentation, sensors, and calibration PLC / automation exposure (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar) Experience working in continuous or 24/7 operations Work Rights Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid Australian work rights.
