ADMINISTRATOR
The admin's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Act as a point of contact, and subject matter expert, for all Core administrative needs for team members across Australia sites.
• Coordinate with team admins to assist with new hire onboarding and employee departures.
• Manage seating maps and support individual and group seating requests.
• Work with administrative staff across Core to help plan and coordinate larger group meetings and morale events.
• Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences.
• Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of onsite team leaders based on understanding of the various business group priorities.
• Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
• Be detail oriented and have consistent and timely follow-through to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain on-site processes and improvements.

Candidate Requirements
• Strong communication – both written and spoken
• Tech industry background – 2-3 years' admin as a good foundation
• Ability to embrace ambiguity
• Comparable position titles: Business Administrator, Office Manager. HR Admin,
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and willing to prioritize learning
• Nice to have procurement background
