Graduate Civil Engineer Program Overview
The Graduate Civil Engineer role involves delivering project design and drafting services for road, drainage, stormwater, sewer reticulation, water, and recycled water supply systems.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will ensure designs are thoroughly checked and approved by registered engineers and project managers before submission to authorities.
Key responsibilities include liaising with authorities to gain efficient and timely approvals, conducting site inspections to inform the design process, attending meetings with local authorities and stakeholders, and maintaining knowledge in civil engineering standards and software.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering recognised by Engineers Australia as eligible for membership as a professional engineer.
* Passion for learning and problem-solving.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation.
