Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to a senior sales agent or director
- Manage property campaign logistics: from photography and styling to copywriting, signage, marketing and compliance
- Oversee CRM management, client database engagement, and follow-up
- Prepare listing presentations, proposals, and weekly vendor reports
- Coordinate open homes, private inspections, and auction day logistics
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in real estate (EA, client services, or sales admin roles)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, polished, and capable of staying calm under pressure
- Comfortable with property tech platforms such as Agentbox, Realhub, Campaigntrack, etc. (preferred but not essential)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
