Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plaster products to customers and tradespeople, while ensuring a safe working environment.
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Restocking in the warehouse
* Delivery service to trades people and customers
* Maintaining a safe work environment
* Dealing with a diverse group of the public & trades people including residential, commercial, and industrial
* Providing excellent customer service
* Finding solutions for customers where possible and elevating any issues
* Following company policies & procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections
* Sound understanding of the materials and building industry
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to build rapport with customers
* Ability to communicate delays in delivery of products and orders
* Current MR drivers' licence
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
