We are co-located within a busy Petbarn retail store, creating a community of kind and committed pet owners! The clinic itself is well equipped with a large team of experienced and supportive vets and nurses, providing exceptional animal care with a healthy dose of compassion and humour!

Your Day-to-day:
* Keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine
* Lead, inspire and motivate our fantastic team
* Master the art of daily operations: inventory management, HR, schedules & keeping clients happy
* Bring new ideas and improvements
* Be the ultimate go-to problem-solver and our biggest cheerleader
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in the veterinary field (Practice Manager experience is a bonus!)
* Great leadership and communication skills
* A cool, calm demeanour under pressure
* A heart that is big enough for animals and humans
* A sense of humour that makes our team laugh out loud (or at least giggle a little)
* A drive to support a positive culture within the workplace
* A keen eye for detail
