We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to play a critical role in financial performance analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team to take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while also providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis, leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving process improvements, partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights, and supporting system improvements and compliance requirements.

About You
You are CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in management and financial accounting. Ideally, you'll bring experience within manufacturing or heavy industry, with proven exposure to ERP and costing processes. Proficiency in Attache and Titan systems will be highly regarded, alongside strong Excel/BI capability. You're detail-driven, organised, and confident engaging with stakeholders across both finance and operations.
