This role requires you to be fully responsible for the HR functions of our business, both as a strategic leader and in a hands-on operational capacity.
You know the job description brief already but in summary you will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes employee engagement and performance, workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, and HR systems and reporting. This is while ensuring strong legislative compliance and effective oversight of our WHS framework, including management of the WHS Manager.
