Employment Lawyer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled employment lawyer to join our team. This role will involve advising major employers on complex workplace issues, including executive employment, investigations and incentive arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of the relevant legislation and regulations. They will be able to provide high-level legal advice, manage significant cases and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on employment law matters, including contracts, policies and transfer of business documents
* Representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, courts and tribunals
* Managing high-value disputes and sensitive employee relations matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive and commercially practical advice

Requirements:
* Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
* Admitted as a solicitor in Australia (or eligible for admission)
* Strong understanding of employment law and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
