Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team on a casual basis. As an on-call operator, you will work autonomously from home, responding to enquiries for staff and participants.
This role involves working independently, with senior management available for consultation and direction as required. You will need to keep clear notes of all interactions for invoicing purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in the disability sector
* Knowledge of supporting individuals with high psychosocial needs

* Standard rostering systems knowledge

* Ability to direct support workers

Benefits
This is a casual position with flexible hours (no more than 20 hours/week) and a competitive hourly rate ($37.83/hour). Salary packaging and work-from-home arrangements are available.

About You
You must meet the following criteria:
* Cert III, Cert IV Individual/Disability Support (or proof of enrolment)
* NDIS Worker Clearance Check or DCSI Disability Screening (or willing to obtain)
* Right to Work in Australia
