Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role involves working closely with both employers and job seekers to deliver effective recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
About the Role
* Coordinate job advertising, applicant interviews, testing, and staff selection processes
* Receive and record vacancy details from clients, including job descriptions, employment conditions, and salary ranges
* Provide up-to-date information on current opportunities to clients and job seekers
* Maintain accurate personnel records and HR information systems
* Advise management on workplace relations policies, staff performance, and disciplinary matters
* Arrange staff inductions and provide guidance on employment contracts, salaries, and promotional opportunities
* Negotiate employment terms and assist with resolving disputes and grievances
* Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, agreements, employment contracts, and workplace policies
* Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace relations programs and enterprise agreements
* Support employee participation initiatives and workplace consultative committees
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
* A proactive, solution-oriented, and community-minded approach
