The Simulator Technician
The Simulator Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager and performs all preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices, ensuring maximum successful training events for the MH‐60R.

Responsibilities
* Carry out all maintenance tasks as required and directed by the Maintenance Manager.
* Ensure all maintenance tasks meet internal and external compliance requirements.
* Maintain flight simulator systems and support training events.
Requirements
* Technician and/or mechanical trade skill; electrician, electronic tech, or IT professional preferred.
* Sound IT knowledge and ability to learn systems quickly.
* Strong problem‐solving skills.
* Avionics technician certification, experience or knowledge is a big plus.
Location
HMAS Albatross, Nowra, NSW – on‐site role with rotating shift pattern.
Security Clearance
Eligible Australian citizen with Defence Security Clearance required.
