Store Manager Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and make a significant difference in the lives of others.


About the Role

* Lead and grow a team of paid employees and volunteers.
* Embed operational and visual standards that exceed expectations.
* Model a 'safety first' culture in the store.
* Plan and manage the financial performance of the store.

* BUILD AND SUPPORT THE VOLUNTEER WORKFORCE AND ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.


Requirements

We are looking for a high-energy individual with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a complex retail environment. You should possess excellent leadership and management abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and solid technical skills. Experience using Workday HCM system is highly regarded.

This role requires a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
