With 145 design-led rooms, our vibrant Market & Meander restaurant, and the lively Merrymaker rooftop bar with sweeping views and cosmic cocktails, we’re more than just a hotel—we’re a hub of culture, food, and connection. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring our story to life across every channel—someone who’s passionate about place, plugged into the local scene, and ready to craft compelling campaigns that connect with guests and locals alike. You’ll lead our digital strategy, drive partnerships and PR, and make Hotel Indigo a standout voice in Adelaide and beyond. What You’ll Do Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, OTAs, Microsites and fully aligned with IHG brand standards and local goals. Own our digital presence & customer journey, ensuring consistent, on-brand content and UX across all platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, microsites, OTAs, etc.) Create compelling B2B and B2C messaging that reinforces brand voice, engagement, loyalty, and direct bookings. Secure and manage strategic partnerships & PR, positioning the hotel as a cultural hub through sponsorships, alliances, and community engagement in Adelaide. Lead cross-functional campaigns with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to drive revenue across all segments. Monitor and optimise performance using analytics and market insights to ensure all channels outperform competitors. What We’re Looking For We love people who are energetic, welcoming, and curious, with a genuine passion for Adelaide and all things local. You’ll also bring: 3 years’ experience in marketing or brand management – ideally in hotels, travel, lifestyle or events A strong background in social media, content creation, and digital marketing Experience in partnerships, PR or community engagement (a plus) Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS and CRM platforms A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for storytelling through hospitality Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
