Our private billing General Practice in Wangaratta is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Medical Receptionist on a part-time basis, working 2 days a week. As the first point of contact for patients, this key position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within our clinic.
* Providing a warm welcome and assisting patients both in-person and over the phone
* Utilizing Best Practice software to efficiently manage appointments and patient records
* Handling Medicare and private billing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Offering administrative support to doctors and nurses
Prior experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome applications from candidates willing to be trained in a supportive environment.
