We're looking for an exceptional Administration Manager who can bring structure, efficiency and a high level of professionalism to our day-to-day operations.

Your role
This role is the operational heartbeat of the business. Approximately 60% will be dedicated to scheduling, coordination and job management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling jobs, coordinating the field team and managing day-to-day workflow.
* Managing client communications and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* Sourcing materials, assisting with quoting/tendering, and supporting project management.
* Processing invoices, accounts payable, reconciliations and payroll preparation (via Xero).
* Maintaining compliance requirements, WHS documentation, insurance records and accreditation obligations.
* Preparing agendas and reports for internal meetings.
* General administration including phones, email management, document formatting and occasional light clerical/office tasks.
* HR admin support such as uniform ordering and organising team catch ups
* Providing executive/PA support to the Managing Director as needed.

Backgrounds that work well include Office Manager, Administrator, EA or PA. Experience in trades, logistics or scheduling will be highly regarded.
