Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering Cost-Effective Facility Management Services: Lead the delivery of high-quality facility management services across the portfolio.
* Leading Infrastructure Canberra: Drive infrastructure development and implement a customer service culture to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Developing Project Delivery Framework: Develop a comprehensive framework to grow the Housing ACT managed portfolio to 13,200 by 2030.
* Providing Expert Advice: Offer expert advice to senior government officials on housing capital program delivery and broader industry capacity.
* Leading Major Infrastructure Projects: Oversee all aspects of major infrastructure projects, including technical management, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution.
* Working Cooperatively with Government Agencies: Collaborate with ACT Government Directorates/agencies to support key housing-related policies, programs, and communications.
