Application Support Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and enhance a critical Finance System within a complex enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong application support experience in billing, utilities, Oil & Gas /Resources, or transaction-heavy systems, who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will play a key role in maintaining system availability, reliability, and data integrity while delivering enhancements that support essential business operations. This role will be the conduit between Technology and the Business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support, maintain, and enhance finance applications
* Ensure application availability, reliability, and data integrity
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
* Design, test, and implement system enhancements and fixes
* Manage deployments and releases into production environments
* Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across billing processes
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4 years' experience in application support, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement
* Experience supporting finance / accounting systems
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions
* Advanced Excel and SQL skills for data management and system configuration
* Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
* Solid understanding of SDLC, application lifecycle management, and system integration
* Working knowledge of ITIL, IT operations, and ITSM tools
