Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our customer support team based in Robina, Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for great customer service and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be confident, friendly, and able to work well under pressure. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist with all customer support related tasks, including resolving issues and providing solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer service strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
* 12 months' experience in a customer service or administration role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
