 
        
        **About The Role**: 
In this hands-on role you will have responsibility for the delivery of compelling communications to support QIC's business priorities and to drive organisational culture and employee engagement. 
Core accountabilities will include:
- Ensure the delivery of corporate messages through multi-channel communications which align to employee interests and generate maximum awareness 
- Plan, write and edit internal communications ensuring consistency of internal messaging 
- Lead the day-to-day management, measurement and improvement of all of QIC's internal communications channels including but not limited to internal corporate events and e-communications channels such as QIC's intranet and fortnightly e-newsletter. 
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to source content for corporate and internal communications to build employee engagement and ensure staff are updated with relevant and compelling content 
- Support in the writing/editing of business performance reporting requirements including executive and board papers and quarterly and annual reports. 
- Assist with filming/photographic requirements and liaison with graphic design and creative agencies as needed 
- Support the delivery of QIC's community engagement and CSR initiatives
**About You**: 
With prior experience in Corporate and/or Internal Communications roles, you demonstrate exceptional written and interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role. 
You will also present with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications, Journalism, Marketing or 
- Robust attention to detail and highly organised 
- Demonstrated ability to write in multiple mediums and strong understanding of different communication channels and geographies. 
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide Executive-level advisory and support when needed
